About us

Col Crawford Lifestyle Cars has been in business since May 1967. A family and privately owned & operated business situated in Brookvale, the dealership still incorporates the original block of land where the Used Car business began 40 years ago. Locals to the area will note that over the years, additional properties have been purchased, new franchises acquired and new showrooms built, all with the aim to enhance customer facilities and provide a high level of customer service. The addition of Holden makes franchise number 10.

From now until October 2008, Col Crawford will operate from the current Peninsula Holden site at Dee Why. The Peninsula Holden site at Balgowlah has closed for Sales, Service and Parts. As of October 2008, Col Crawford Holden operations will transfer to our new Cross Street Brookvale showroom.

Col Crawford Holden Sales

From October 2008 our new Holden showroom will be located on the corner of Pittwater Road and Cross Street Brookvale (opposite the bus depot).

To visit us, you can enter the property from Cross Street and customer parking will be available.

From this site we will sell new and Holden Certified Used vehicles. The facility is light, bright and comfortable. More importantly, our staff will be there to welcome and assist you.

Holden will add to the huge range of vehicles available to Col Crawford!

Col Crawford Holden Parts & Service

We are also extremely excited to announce that from May 2008, your Holden motor vehicle’s service and repairs will be performed at our brand new service facility.

Located at 21 Roger Street (just behind Brookvale Hotel) this state of the art Service Centre will offer both you and your car the best of everything. With the convenience of valet style drop-off & pick-up, customer lounge comforts & a level of service that is second to none, your service experience will represent value for money.

A courtesy bus for local drop offs & pick ups will be available as will a fleet of courtesy cars. Further, customers will be able to view their service live online. A full range of Holden Parts, Accessories and Merchandise will be available for purchase.

Col Crawford Holden Management and Staff

We place a huge emphasis on quality management and looking after our staff of over 200. Naturally, with this major new addition to our business, this will be a priority.

Col Crawford Holden will be managed by the Senior Management Team within the company including myself with the day to day operations falling under the control of Mr Phil Ward. Phil has been with the company for 20 years and is involved at a senior level in our Sales and Service operations.

What now...

We like to communicate with our customers on a regular basis. This may include an invitation to our official opening and other marketing initiatives like complimentary Hoyts Movie Nights and other loyalty events.

This will allow us to get to know you. We will endeavour to look after your motoring needs and offer you a level of customer service that you have never experienced before.

Until October 2008 only the Sales showroom at Dee Why will remain operational, you can continue to have your Holden serviced at our new state of the art service facility in Brookvale.

We will communicate with you again early next year to advise of latest developments and of course the move to our Brookvale location. We look forward to our new association.
